Delivery
Everything ships from Prague. Most pieces are made to order, so allow a few days for making before it goes out — I'll tell you honestly if something will take longer.
Shipping cost and delivery estimate are calculated at checkout based on where you are. Czech Republic, EU, and worldwide.
Need it by a specific date? Message me before you order and I'll tell you straight whether it's possible.
Returns
If a ready-made piece isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original condition, for a refund.
Made-to-order pieces are different. Anything made to your size or adjusted for you is excluded from the 14-day return right — that's standard for personalised goods, and it's why I'd rather sort sizing with you before I start than after. If you're unsure about size or fit, use the contact page first. No pressure, no obligation.
If something's wrong
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, tell me and I'll fix it — repair, replacement, or refund, whichever makes sense. That's your right under Czech law and I'm not going to make it difficult.
Normal tarnishing isn't a fault — silver does that. A polishing cloth brings it back. See the FAQ for care.
