Ring size guide

If you are unsure which ring size to order, we recommend visiting a local jewellery store to have your finger professionally measured. If you are based in, or visiting, Prague, you can also arrange an appointment to be measured at our workshop.

Alternatively, you can use our printable ring size guide to measure your finger at home. If you have any questions about sizing, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Care

Sterling silver naturally oxidises, which can make the surface appear darker over time. This is normal. To reduce oxidation and build-up, remove your jewellery before showering, washing dishes, cleaning, exercising, or using cosmetics and other personal-care products.

Textured areas can collect soap, skincare, or cleaning-product residue. To clean your piece at home, place it in warm water with a small amount of washing-up liquid for around 151515 minutes. Gently brush detailed areas with a very soft toothbrush, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft cloth.

For light oxidation or dullness, use a silver-specific polishing cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive toothpaste, whitening toothpaste with abrasive particles, and hard brushes, as they may scratch the surface or change intentional textures and finishes.

We offer complimentary cleaning and polishing for all pieces purchased from infra hardware. You are welcome to visit the Prague studio and have your piece cleaned in person, or send it to the studio if you are unable to visit. This service is free for pieces purchased from us.

Delivery & returns

Each piece is handmade to order in Prague and sent with tracking. Because it’s made by hand, please allow a short production time before dispatch (see “Made to order”).

If something isn’t right, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out. Custom-sized pieces are made especially for you, so they can’t be returned — but I’ll always help with adjustments.

Made to order

I make each piece by hand once you order — usually anywhere from a couple of hours to two days before it ships.
