Delivery

Everything ships from Prague via PPL, worldwide.

In-stock items ship within 7 days; made-to-order or customized pieces within 14 days. These times relate to handover to the carrier — actual delivery depends on the carrier and destination.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate are calculated at checkout based on destination — Czech Republic, EU, and worldwide.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply in the destination country. These are not included in the total price and are payable by the buyer.

Returns

Ready-made pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, for a refund. You cover the cost of returning them.

Made-to-order and customized pieces are excluded from the 14-day return right, as is standard for personalized goods. Ring size selection alone does not remove this right — sizing a standard design still qualifies for return.

Ring sizing & size exchanges

Ring size is selected at checkout from our standard range. If a ring doesn't fit, you can send it back and we'll exchange it for the correct standard size — free of charge, provided it's returned undamaged, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered (no scratches, marks, deformation, or other signs of use). You cover the cost of sending it back.

If you ordered a non-standard size made specifically for you, an exchange is still possible, but a 500 Kč fee applies. Non-standard sizes are made to order and cannot be easily restocked, so the fee covers the additional work. The same undamaged, unworn condition applies.

We may decline an exchange, or apply the 500 Kč fee, if the returned ring shows signs of wear or damage beyond what's needed to try it on.

Not sure of your size? We recommend visiting a local jeweller before ordering — they will measure your ring size, usually free of charge. Alternatively, you can use the ring sizing guide that ships with every ring.

If something's wrong

Damaged or faulty pieces are covered under Czech consumer law: repair, replacement, a reasonable discount, or refund depending on the issue. Consumers may exercise these rights within 2 years of delivery.

Natural silver tarnish is not a defect, and neither are the minor variations in shape, texture, or shade that come with handmade work.
